"After having another major insurance carrier for a while, I forgot how nice it is to have the same, one or two people, help you when you have questions. "Earlier this month, we got in touch with Ted’s office after visiting his tent at this year’s Hoopla tournament. Much to my surprise, insurance doesn’t have to be as complicated as it seems! Not only did we save money switching to State Farm, I had a great customer service experience with Josie Beaton. From start to finish, she walked me through the process, and was able to anticipate where to elaborate, being in tune with my questions before I asked them. She was very patient and informative throughout, and went above and beyond to check in with me numerous times as we switched our auto, homeowners, and renters policies to State Farm. Such an encouraging experience, given our past history with other insurance providers.
